  1. This is wonderful! I appreciate your truthfulness, and clear candid expression of your experience and what it means to be an adult child. I am an adult child of a dysfunctional family and never understood its significance or how that has impacted my actions, relationships, and my life. Thank you for supporting me to see clearly where I am at on this journey.

    1. Welcome Melinda! Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you found this information supportive. Being an Adult Child isn’t easy, but it’s much easier with others who understand what you have been and are going through.

Such an informative and eloquent first episode of a very supportive and important new podcast, “This Adult Child”. Many great episodes are ahead, I’m sure, and I’m looking forward to listening to all of them!

  3. I felt like this was such an eloquent way to reach out and inform others of what an Adult Child is and how to get support for what may be burdening some people. I can relate to many of these things and feel I could share this with my own siblings. I’m looking forward to more episodes as you create them. Thank you so much.
